Marvellous Hakama with Bushu Aizome (best indigo dyed, you will notice by the smell!). Made in Japan by only one artisan, with famous Kojima fabric known to be very flexible for an easy use, easy to fold.
This is a UNIQUE and RARE Hakama, made in Saitama prefecture, denominated as a traditional Japanese Handicraft in Miroku, for its wonderful fabric.
Perfect for examinations, Kodansha Shiai and special events or high ranked Keiko occasions.
It does not have inner pleats sewn. Is made on a very particular way, like the old style Hakama, and with the addition of the traditional fabric, it is very comfortable to wear.
*ONLY available: From 24 to 28 size.
*Care instructions : Hand wash only, in clean cold water.
*Please note - This product is dyed using genuine Japanese Aizome, and the colour will leak/stain objects, and the wearer. It is recommended that the product is washed by hand, to remove as much excess dye as possible before use. 100% Cotton, may shrink slightly after washing/drying (never put it on a dryer machine!).
No corners are cut in the production. As each garment is made carefully in Japan, production can take from 8 to 12 weeks.
